As a project manager, Michael was required to manage several complex data/voice projects at any given time. Michael was key in driving these projects from the conception and design phase, tracking the provisioning of needed equipment and services, through the implementation, testing and delivery to the client.
Michael was responsible for ensuring that the all components of these projects, from equipment and services to engineering and implementation services, fell within the budget provided by the client. Michael tracked and reported on the actual vs. budget through out the life of each project.
Michael demonstrated his ability to manage across the multiple groups needed to deliver a project, showing a keen understanding of the teamwork needed to ensure a successful project. Although none of the project team members directly reported to Michael, he was able to influence and drive the performance of theses diverse team through his accomplished management approach. Michael was a committed, reliable and highly competent member of the service delivery team.
