I have had the opportunity to work with Mike Barthlow for the last 3 years, since he came into BT Federal as President & CEO. He brought a new culture to the company, and the change has been very positive.
From the start, Mike brought a high level of experience into that role, with proven business concepts and practices, as well as team collaboration. His military background I found to be refreshing, in that he supports our team in everything we do but also demands accountability.
